They Deserve the Mirror.

This year every neighborhood had a back-to-school event. School supplies, fresh cuts and love from the community. They had that exciting first day of school. The young people in juvenile custody did not. They missed the love and support for back to school. We are here to give them a reminder that they are thought of cared for and important. A fresh cut, a clean shave, braids, and a facial. Giving them the Mirror to see their potential, their growth and their glow!

This program brings haircuts, braiding, facials, and peer support directly inside the facility, on a schedule that isn't dependent on a government budget cycle. Our program is reliant on community support and sponsorships. As government funding limits the amount of services we can provide.
