Design Her Beauty brings hands-on workforce development programs to young people inside juvenile facilities and to those returning home. Participants are introduced to the beauty industry, skilled trades and entrepreneurship. They build the transferable skills every employer values: showing up on time, communicating with confidence and finishing what they start.
Through hands-on sessions in facial care, lash artistry, barbering and small-business basics, alongside personal development, participants leave with practical skills, a stronger sense of what's possible and a clear next step toward income and self-sufficiency. Accomplishment and a certificate of completion. Building confidence every step of the way.
We serve youth impacted by the justice system and by poverty, in a safe, respectful space to learn, grow and rebuild. We don't just teach a trade; we build confidence, discipline, vision and long-term stability
