We provide flexible, part-time and full-time suite rentals for estheticians, lash artists, facialists, and beauty entrepreneurs who are early in their journey or scaling at their own pace. Our suites are fully equipped, professionally maintained, and designed to give you a clean, elevated environment where you can focus on what matters most: your craft, your clients, and your growth. In addition for those who would like to enhance their skills and knowledge we offer in house training and hands on learning to develop new skills and increase their earning.

Whether we are at a local Juvenile, shelter or program, we ensure everyone has the opportunity to experience selfcare in the form of beauty services

Whether we are at a local Juvenile, shelter or program, we ensure everyone has the opportunity to experience selfcare in the form of beauty services and peer support. Selfcare should not be limited to your living situation or economic environment. At Design Her Beauty we ensure our days are filled with community outreach from youth, adults to senior homes we go into the community to create healing environments with our signature selfcare experiences showing our love and ensuring the community is heard and cared for.

From middle and high school students being introduced to the beauty industry and skilled trades, to individuals impacted by incarceration, re-entry, and underserved communities, our programs are built to restore hope, teach practical skills, and create real economic opportunity.
Through hands-on training in facial services, lash artistry, barbering, videographer, entrepreneurship, and personal development, we provide participants with a legal, positive pathway to income, self-sufficiency, and purpose. Our work is rooted in serving at-risk youth, BIPOC communities, and those affected by poverty and the justice system, offering an alternative to the streets and a safe space to learn, grow, and rebuild.
We don’t just teach a trade — we cultivate confidence, discipline, vision, and long-term stability.
